I recently used Inya Perfect Construction for roof repairs; from start to finish they were prompt, professional, and efficient. The inspection was thorough, and they provided their findings of the condition of my roof (including pictures), provided estimates to repair my current issues and replacing the roof. I searched other contractors and wasn't satisfied until I met Lewis Palanco, he was a blessing as he was professional and a man of his word when he spoke on the job that would be completed. I was provided a beautiful job on my roof and completing the job in 8 hours With FULL clean up.

I contacted Inya Perfect Construction to repair my roof. The owner, Lewis, came to my home and explained everything to me concerning my roof. He even brought over several different examples of roofing tiles. Also, he guaranteed his work for 5 years which made me very comfortable in using his company.
During the installation work, all the roofers were professional, friendly, and committed to getting the work done. Lewis sent photos and a video during the process; this was great! He really took care of my home during the entire process! They didn't leave until the roof was finished, all the old tiles were removed, and my yard was left spotless! My roof looks great, and I am very happy!

Very professional and honest. While sending me pictures of the completed repairs, Lewis realized one of the items to be repaired wasn't completed. He could've easily not said anything but he called and returned to my home and completed the repair.

I am very happy with Lewis and his team's of professionals and all the work they did for me both inside and out after a tree fell on my house. Lewis and INYA PERFECT CONSTRUCTION handled everything including dealing with my insurance co. and still finished fixing everything, from repairing and replacing the roof gutters and siding to rebuilding a bathroom and walk-in closet and repairing dry wall popcorn ceilings so well you can't tell anything had happened. They did it all in less than 5 months too! Dealing with Lewis was a delight in a very stressful situation. My experience with Inya construction was awesome! All I can say is" great service". Mr Louis was very nice. We got our roof done. Mr Louis explained everything to us what was going to happen. We did have a little challenge with our insurance company. But Mr Louis didn't give up on us. When we were approved my husband and I were so...happy. Our roof looks great! I have a water leak coming from my roof which runs down to my basement. I had 2 other Roofing Company to come out and inspected my roof. They took pictures using a drone and later that day they sent me an estimate. Because they both gave me 2 different reasons for the leak I decided to call Inya Perfect Construction. Mr. Lewis came out and he went above and beyond to get to the root of my problem. He was so thorough. He climbed on the roof to inspect the problem. He did a water test to find out where the water was actually coming from. He provided me with pictures to show me what the problem was. It was my chimney cap. Unfortunately he doesn't fix chimney caps. I would highly recommend him because of his professionalism and for being so thorough.

Lewis was very professional, punctual, honest and efficient. He and his team were very quick, yet thorough. He went above and beyond to address any concerns I had.

Honest and Professional! A company that stands behind what they say. I trusted Inya Perfect Construction to install a new roof on my business, Total Health. When in the health profession, many people judge the way the office looks as much as they judge the actual performance of the doctor or staff. I knew that I could not trust the appearance of my business to just anyone. I interviewed 5 companies thoroughly. I compared estimates, plans, warranties, everything. I had narrowed it down to Inya and one other company based on the facts of paper alone. Then the pandemic hit and everyone went inside, including me and my family. Almost a year after our initial contact, Lewis Polanco of Inya Perfect Construction called me out of the blue. The first thing he asked was how my family was doing. He didn't ever ask me about whether or not I had gotten my roof replaced! Once I told him that we were all healthy, I also told him that I had not gotten the roof repaired and he offered to come out again and give me a complimentary assessment of the damage. I also called the other company I had narrowed it down to. I scheduled the appointments one day apart.

The "other company" owner showed up, got out of his vehicle and I waited for him to put on his mask. He never did, even when I walked outside. Then, he proceeded to get his DOG out of his truck. I asked him to put the dog away. He told me the dog didn't bite. I told him I also have dog allergies, he said well its good that you are wearing a mask and laughed. I thanked him for his time and went back inside.

The next day I had an appointment with Lewis. I didn't hear him arrive and by the time I went outside for our appointment, he had already completed my inspection. He was also the only contractor who took the time to explain to me that whenever there is roof damage, there can be signs inside the building that point to that, even if a leak isn't present. Lewis was also the only contractor who volunteered to come inside my business, checking with a flashlight in every corner of every office and closet searching for evidence of damage. He was thoughtful, he always wore a mask and even removed his shoes out of respect of tracking in debris. Lewis noticed there had been water damage in a closet. He set me up to have that damage repaired along with the roof. I didn't have to do anything, he took care of it all. We scheduled my roof installation that same day.

While getting the roof installed, I mentioned to Lewis that I had plans to sell my home but needed to get a few handyman type things done around the house. He even arranged for a contractor to come out and give me an estimate on those services. After the services were completed, even though from another contractor, Lewis still called and checked to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had been done.

I now have a beautiful new roof on my business thanks to Inya Perfect Construction. Quality work, done as promised and when promised. I truly thank Lewis and Inya Perfect Construction for going the extra mile for me. I have already referred them to my friends and would trust them to do the job all over again.

I very seldom leave reviews, but felt compelled to comment on the great job that Inya PC, did on my roof. From the 1st meeting with Lewis, until the end of the job. They were there to walk me through the entire process. I knew I wanted a metal roof which isn't as common here in Georgia and Lewis "made it happen". I'm thankful that he happened to be the roofing company that stopped by that day. We spoke, he explained how everything works I asked a ton of questions, so I put my trust in Inya.
