Our workmanship warranty addresses the quality of the roofing installation under the written terms provided for your project. It is our commitment to stand behind the installation work.
Ask for your written workmanship warranty when reviewing the scope so you understand the covered work, coverage dates and how to report a concern.
Material coverage is separate and applies to eligible defects in the selected roofing products. Coverage length, registration, limitations and any enhanced options depend on the manufacturer and the products installed.
A long material warranty does not make every part of an installation or every future leak covered.
At project completion
Keep your signed scope, workmanship warranty, product information, manufacturer warranty and installation documentation together. Confirm any registration requirements for the selected products.
We do not describe the two warranties as interchangeable. Review each written document for its terms, covered work or products, and claim procedure.
